MuseScore won't startup

Hi, today I installed MuseScore 2.0.3 but every time I click the .exe nothing happens. It doesn't even show up in the task manager.

I am running Windows 10 64-bit. I've tried the portable version, the normal version and the 64-bit version but they all do the same- bar the portable version which opens up the splash screen then immediately closes out in the task manager.
I've tried running as admin as well.
