How will the new MuseScore affect my shortcuts?

There is discussion on the forums that leads me to believe that MS 2.1 is to be released in the near future. I was curious if the upgrade will simply replace the current application or if it will put it in a new a new folder like the upgrade from v1 to v2.

I ask this because I have added to the default shortcuts (and changed 1 other) and I don't want to have to try to figure out what is standard and what I changed when I upgrade. I realize I'm jumping the gun a bit here, but some of the developers are probably working on the upgrade app right now.

As a semi-funny side note, I changed F2 because it was assigned to the special characters dialog for staff, system and other text as well as transposing the entire score up a semi-tone with a key change at nearly all other times. When transcribing scores originally written in other languages, I include the foreign words. I then translate the foreign words into English. French and German have a lot of necessary markings on the letters that we don't use in English. I kept accidentally pressing F2 at the wrong time and my score would transpose. I wouldn't realize it until I went to change the key signature or put in an accidental and discovered the note suddenly didn't need it. I would have to revert to a previous version of the score because I didn't know what I'd entered since the key change and didn't want any extraneous accidentals left on the score.
