that's not what i meant, i want the first 3 rows to be guitar only and the rest to be drumset

Create three staves but then, after entering the notes for the first system, go to style / general and turn on the "hide empty staves" option.

Actually you need 3 systems, not 3 staves. Each system will contain all instruments, but then use the "Hide empty staves" option.

Oh, sorry, I misread. Actually it sounds like there are *lots* of systems. But you don't do anything special to create them. In the instruments dialog, make sure you have two staves - one for guitar, one for drums (unless you prefer to use more than one staff for drums). The whole piece will show up with two staves - two staves on every system. Enter your notes. The first three systems will then have notes in the guitar part but not the drum part. The rest of the systems will have notes in the drum part but not the guitar part. Then hide empty staves. The drums will disappear from the first three systems, and the guitar disappear from the rest.
