32nd notes crossover questions?
Hello, first time posting here. So I have 32nd notes crossing over from one staff to the one below. BUT I need to change clefs in the lower staff without changing clefs in the top. I also need to do the top staff 8va but not the bottom. Help? Screenshot uploaded too so you guys know what I'm talking about. Where it crosses into the bottom staff I need it to change to a different clef. Also it's playing both staves as 8va instead of just the top one. Thanks!

But yes, an ottava line applies to all notes it spanns in that staff, even if some have been moved to another staff
Did you check the handbook (linked to the right in the forums, and available from the Help-menu in Musescore)?

If so,
What happened when you changed the clef in the lower staff? What was it that did not work?
What part of the handbook description of changing clef did you find difficult to understand?
What problems did you have when you added the 8va to the top staff?
What part of the handbook description of 8va lines did you find difficult to understand?

I checked the handbook. I can't change the clef in the lower staff, it shows up in the top staff and then all of the following notes across both staves were in bass clef.
I had no problem adding 8va to the top staff. The handbook was not difficult to understand. The handbook doesn't have anything to say on this topic. After I placed the 8va on the top staff, it played 8va on the bottom staff as well.

Changing clef in bottom staff works, I tried it. Ottava line in top staff does not influence notes in bottom staff, except for those in cross-staff notation, as these do belong to the top staff still, even if they appear in bottom staff.
Of course if you apply a clef change to one of those notes, it applies to top staff, as the notes belong onto top staff.

I am in cross-staff notation. I called it crossover but same thing.
