Midi frustrations

Dear all,

I got a new MIDI USB cable.

Onfortunately, i face some troubles. Entering one note is no problem, but after entering multiple notes, the voice 'stops' and doesn't go further.

It seems that after putting in two notes at the same time, SHIFT is hold as default.

I have no idea what the problem could be, software, hardware, me or myself?
