NEW ARMOR OF CLAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF MEASURE
Has music that a new armor of clave is introduced in the middle of it and sometimes not at the beginning of the measure but in the middle of the measure, how to do it
Best regards

You mean a key signature, don't you?
I believe in MusScore you can't have it in the middle of a measure, but you can fake it, using irregular measures and hide the barline
If I understand the translation correctly (I don't, but I'm guessing) then I think you mean that you want to change the clef (e.g. from bass to treble) in the middle of a measure.
Click on the note.
Double-click on the clef in the Clef palette.

My initial thought too, but see http://musescore.org/pt-br/manual-pt-br/armadura-de-clave
My question was about the key key signature
Doubt understood, actually the introduction of a new key signature in the middle of a measure is not possible

It's extremely rare to do that - some would say musically incorrect. But as mentioned above, you can make it happen by splitting the measure into two parts - making two measures with fewer beats each by right clicking and setting the "actual" time signature.
You could also place the key signature at the beginning of the bar and then move it by double-clicking and using the arrow keys. You may need to add/remove/hide accidentals from the first half of the measure.
