Cannot enter notes from MIDI keyboard

Hi - I've read through a half-dozen similar forum posts, and also worked carefully through steps 1-7 at https://musescore.org/en/handbook/note-input#midi-keyboard yet no notes appear on the score when keying in from my Nord Electro 4. A screen-shot of my preferences is attached (Not sure if I need to choose a MIDI Output). I do hear audio from the keyboard via the computer speakers.
All suggestions appreciated :-)

HOLD THE PHONE :-D I simply had to set the keyboard to output MIDI via USB, which was the way it was connected to the computer (Duh!). :-)

All good now
