I have a problem with the sound

I can't play anything in muse score 2.0.2 because i don't have sound. i have this problem for about 4 hours, i don't know how to fix it and, above all, tomorrow i have a composition exam.. and it's very frustrating..

i really do hope that the problem will soon be managed.
