Will the online Player get an update in the meantime? Again my score is very misplaced
Well yes. Again, I uploaded a new score, made with 3.1. The online version looks terrible...

I didn't read your question here properly yestarday, my answer is still correct, but proably not helpful.
3.1 still is in Beta resp. meanwhile in RC status, so not yet release, and as such not yet in production on MuseScore.com.
