Can't open Musescore anymore

Musescore crashed when opening a file, and now I can't open Musescore altogether anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but I get the same error over and over again: "The previous session quit unexpectedly. Restore this session?", but I can't click anything because it is immediately followed by "mscore.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Here I have the option to "Debug" or "Close program", but no matter what I chose Musescore closes. When I restart it I have the same problem.

Any idea how I can fix this issue? I'm using Windows 7 by the way, and have been using Musescore for years with barely any trouble.
