MuseScore Pro refund

I signed up for the trial to see what the PDF features were like. Had no use for it, but forgot to cancel the trial. Two days ago I got the $49 charge for the subscription. I'm beyond frustrated about this, because I'm a college student and I need that money for basic necessities. I contacted customer support immediately after I saw the charge, but they haven't replied. What should I do?
