Adjust volume on voices

Hi

My choir use musescore, and I experience some technical difficulties with the app. I cannot turn down the volume on the other voices anymore. I tried to turn on and off my phone, and I tried to delete the app and download it again. Still doesn’t work. Any chance you can help out?
