Problem exporting mp3
I have transitioned from OS X El Capitan to Ubuntu because my iMac is too old to get new OS updates. Musescore is working just fine (Thanks!) but I cannot export an mp3. Whether I choose mp3, wave or ogg, I always get a pdf of the score.
Do I have to install something special, a coded or something like that?
Thanks for helping out!

Add the extension to the file name: *.mp3

Doesn't work. Musescore just adds another .pdf and makes a pdf of the score.

IIRC a known problem with some Linux distros and/or their Window Managers.
Workaround: Toggle the setting of Edit > Preferences > Advanced > ui/application/useNativeDialogs

*.mp3.PDF?
Delete .PDF
MuseScore 3 is available for macOS 11.11 ("El Capitan")

Thanks for replying.
I am aware of that, I have been using MuseScore in OS X for a long time. But now I've changed to Ubuntu, so I need to get this working in Ubuntu. Which it almost perfectly does :-)
