Problems connecting midi-controller

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to connect my M-audio Oxygen25 (3d gen.) to MuseScore3, but nothing works, it seems. Can you please help me? What should I do to connect these two?

Be sure to connect and turn on the keyboard before starting MuseScore. Then be sure the MIDI input icon is enabled on the main toolbar, then be sure your device is selected in Edit / Preferences / I/O.
