Transpose
I have a PDF file with music for Journey's Faithfully I bought on Musicnotes that I'd like to convert to C clef so that I can play the melody on the cello. Am I allowed to do that or are there copyright or any other issues?

No issues just entering the music into MuseScore for your own personal use. You can't publish it without permission. But do be aware laws differ from country to country, and we aren't lawyers here, so for more authoritative answers on more specific questions, best to consult a copyright attorney in your own country.
