Printing
Is there a way to tell it to print the entire score on 1 page? I've got a few measures that go onto page 2 which I'm sure wouldn't be the case if I just scaled the whole thing to about 90%

If MuseScore shows it to be on one page in the Editor, it would print on one page. WYSIWYG.
Don't scale the staves, use Format > Page Settings > Scaling > Space to reduce the size. Or reduce stretch. Check https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/layout-and-formatting
