Hand Annotations on iPad

Not sure if this feature already exists, but I'm learning the piano with the aid of my tablet and the musescore app. I would like to be able to add personal or study notes on a music score using my stylus. For example, I would like to be able to quickly label chords by handwriting them on a music sheet.
