The feedback form has actually been a dead end for years - it went to a place that essentially no one ever saw. It should have been removed a long time ago when the processes changed, but somehow got missed until now.
It was actually just finally removed a few days ago so it won't be present in future updates. The proper place to send general feedback is here on the forum, or if it's a potential bug report, the issue tracker. or once a bug has been confirmed, to GitHub.
