How to add and remove 3rd stave to piano grand staff?
There are many pieces by Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Ravel, Prokofiev etc that add a 3rd or even 4th stave to the piano part. How do I do this on musescore? I have an example below where I start off by creating the 3rd stave, but I only need it for a few measures in the piece.
The problem is the rest of the piece looks ridiculous with the brace going down to an invisible staff... any ideas on how to fix this?

Add the stave to the piano and the bracket will span all three. Enter all the notes. Lastly, go into Format >Style and tick the "Hide empty staves..." box.
