REmove Selected Range
HI
I work a lot with scans, convert to xml and import to Musescore. and sometimes there are are extra notes or rests and the score would indicate with a plus or a minus (see the image) whether the bar was correct in value.
In Musescore 3, I I right-clicked I got a "Remove Selected Range" option - Easy and helpful (see image below Phanotom1).
In Musescore I am unableto find the option to do the same. I have tried the forums and handbook but nothing - maybe I am using wrong terminology etc.
Please would you assist me - This is a very (VERY) helpful thing for me.
Thank you

Thank you for your reply. It still does not work correctly. In the pic, If I delete the blue eighthnote in the middle voice, teh quaver in the outer 2 voices are also deleted. I want to be able to only delete that specific quaver without affecting the other 2 parts - is this possible?

No, of course not. Wasn't in 3.x either

As Jojo said, it is not possible.
But I think you are missing an important part of MuseScore's normal workflow. Moving a phrase on a single stave back or forward a fraction of a beat is something which requires cut and paste of the section you want to move. So in this case you don't delete the rest. Instead you copy (cut) the desired section immediately following the rest, then paste that section back onto the rest.
