MuseScore 4 wav file export bit depth adjustment?
Wav exports are defaulting at a 32 bit rate regardless of the sample rate.
Can this be adjusted to a 16 bit rate ?
(For compatibility issues)
I have searched extensively for an answer.

The 32 and 16 should be bit depth (rather than bit rate).
Sorry for the error.
As far as I know MuseScore 4 has not yet been released and I have no specific information about that version. However, in previous versions of MuseScore, the bit depth for exporting WAV files could not be adjusted within the software itself.

MuseScore 4(.0.0) had been released last year. And the other day 4.2.0 got released
But indeed it doesn't allow setting the bitrate/bitdepth
