I can't open my musescore score on 4.0.2

Hello,
I created a score using MuseScore 4. Today, when i tried to open the score, the program would automatically close. I cannot access or edit my score. I exported it to someone else and it does the same thing on their computer. Is there a way I can access the score? Thank you.
