Convert Sibelius to Musescore file

I know this has been posted many time and I know that I need to convert the sibelius file to musicxml, but when I installed Sibelius First (because I don't have any money for the higher versions) I can't seems to find an option to export into musicxml but instead it just shows export to midi
if someone have a solution pls reply, also if someone have sibelius that can export musicxml file pls help too :(
