Right-click to access the properties of a score element

Let's say you have a trill. You can right-click on it and it'll say "Properties..." and then cut, copy, paste, etc.
When you click on "Properties..." you get the Inspector jammy. This will supplement View>Properties and F8. But it will also undock the Inspector and make it appear near where you clicked on it.
