I was charged for pro and don't even have a pro account?

I do not have access to any account with pro, yet I was charged 147 dollars. I need my money, and I get no notice??

If you don't have an account, how are they charging you? Unless you signed up for the free month (for which they take you cc information) and you didn't cancel at the end of the time.
