Recording audio differs from playback

Hi!

I'm having this issue where certain parts of the recorded audio play too early. I'm not sure if it's because I'm used to the playback and the recorded version is how it actually sounds, but I was hoping to try and fix it so that the recorded audio sounds more like the playback. Does anyone know why this is?

I attached a PDF and OGG to get an idea of what the score looks like and what the recorded audio sounds like. If the recorded audio and the score match up, then I'll probably need to edit the score. The specific parts this happens at are measures 6-9, and measure 13.
