How to save lyrics in MusicXML ?
HI:
How do I save lyrics and sheet music into a MusicXML file?
I tried export to MusicXML but the lyrics are not saved.
Can you someone help me solve this problem?

Hi:
When I import the MusicXML file into Guitar Pro 8 the lyrics are absent.

That'd be a Guitar Pro 8 issue
Open the .MXL file in a simple text editor (Notepad, NoteTab Light, Notepad++, or similar) The lyrics are definitely in the .MXL file.
You'll find note, 1st verse syllable, 2nd verse syllable, repeating throughout. Try searching for "Rouge" ("Baton" is two syllables, so is separated) and see how it's arranged in the file.

Oops! Sorry, yes, of course. I used 7-Zip, but WinZip should do the job too. In your ZIP file, open <score.xml> in the simple text editor.
