Does the music sound right, except it needs to be transposed up or down a bit? In this case use Jojo's links above to learn about transposing your score.
Or are the notes appearing where you intended on the system, but you used the wrong key signature so it does not sound correct? In this case you need to change the key signature and change all notes that are now not according to the key signature.
