Best work around for MuseSounds strings to play normal eighth notes?
I find Muse Sound Violins 1 string have a mini crescendo for each note, especially noticeable using eighth notes. I understand what the intention is an attempt at realism, but it has the opposite effect.
Has anyone found a workaround... just use Violins 2?
Thanks.

Yes, just use Violins 2. And that's not even a workaround, but it's purpose
If it's helpful, I've found the swelling effect was happening when I was using divisi parts, so two string instruments per stave which seemed to exaggerate the swelling effect, especially on V1's.
It doesn't happen so much when each part gets its own stave. I originally wrote out each divisi part on its own stave, for increased mixing control when exporting midi, and the swelling is much reduced to the point of not sounding abnormal.
So, divisi for .pdf's, and separate staves for audio/midi export seems to be my best MO.

Or use Violins 2.
