Trouble Installing for Multiple Users on Domain
Our band and orchestra departments are wanting to use MuseScore with their students. We are finding that installing MuseScore2 only works for the account under whom it was installed. Other users on our school's domain do not have access to it.
Has anyone figured out a way to make MuseScore available to all users on a network domain? I have searched the forums, Handbook, and FAQs, but have not yet found a solution.
Thanks,
dachong
Note: We have discovered that this is only an issue on Windows XP SP2 devices. Moving the desktop shortcut to c:\Users\Public\Desktop allows MuseScore2.0.2 to work for all users in Windows 7.

The program is there, under c:\program files (x86)\Musescore 2\bin\musescore.exe
I haven't checked where the installation MSI creates shortcuts, or if it does so for All Users or Default User. In the meantime users should be able to make a shortcut to the above exe on their desktop.
I don't have a domain to test on but you could try to run
MSIEXEC /i MuseScore-2.0.2.msi ALLUSERS="1"

I know this is late, but I wanted to say that this worked for me in case others are looking for this solution. Thanks!

Perhaps we could make this the default, or better, ask the user during the installation wizard whether the program should be accessible for all users?

My vote: Default and ask
