Normally, the pedalboard reaches from C to f^1 (sometimes g^1, sometimes d^1), which equals 2 1/2 octaves. => in MuseScore notation C 2 to F 4.
The baroque keyboards reach from C to c^2, over the centuries every new organ gets a little higher until c^3, g^3 is the limit of most organs I know. 4 1/2 octaves => in MuseScore notation C 2 to G 6
