Constantly Crashes
When I open 3.6, I receive a popup asking if I want to open a previous session (I don't have one). I select No. The workspace opens up for a split second then crashes.
I can open Muse Score if I use Terminal with this command.
/Applications/MuseScore\ 3.app/Contents/MacOS/mscore -F -w
Once I exit Muse Score the issue repeats itself.
I'm using a MacBook Air with MacOS 11.2.3

Update to 3.6.2.
Try to disable startcenter in preferences, once you got MuseScore started using -w

So far so good. We'll see how this progresses.
I'm having a similar problem. Brand new MacBook Air. Have tried reinstalling. All updates current.?

Did you try the suggestion above regarding starting with "-w", and have you already tried "-F"? How about "-s"?
