Guitar half-bend notation
In "Articulations" there is a full-bend notation but not a half-bend. Is there a way to notate one?

Please disregard my original reply. I figured it out. The Inspector window must be open. Go to Bend Type at bottom and adjust the two blue points.

The edit box doesn't come up, using Musescore 3

After you add the (full) bend from the 'Articulations' palette to your note, click on that bend symbol and the "edit box" will be displayed in the Inspector. Adjust accordingly per the handbook link provided above.

And in case you had closed the Inspector, you can reopen it via the View menu or with its shortcut (default F8)

That was the problem, a previous user had closed the Inspector. Thnx.
I have been looking for an answer as well. I may be missing something or you just can't change the text that says full though you may change the type of bend it plays. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
all understood with this forum topic, and thank you.
I am though having a difficulty. I can edit the bends as per instructions but I am left with two texts over the top of each other, 1) The original whole bend text "Full" 2) The edited bend text "1/4".
Both texts are written over each other and are illegible,
I am running Version 3.6.2 with windows.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Anthony (Hong Kong)

What does the graphical representation of your 1/4 bend look like?
Something like this?

Yes exactly like that, and the 1/4 text on top of the bend appears but on the score its overwritten with the original "Full" text.
If that makes sense

Yes, that's the result I am looking for, Clearly, mine is corrupt in some way, I am getting the "Full" and amended "1/4" Test over the top of each other.

Attach your file.

Thanks for your time Jm6, sorry late reply just had a hike.
See attached screenshots Bends 2, and Bends 3. The Bends 3 is the file you sent me, I successfully amended your half bend to a 3/4 but as you can see when I amended your Full bend to 1/4 it remains illegible with the 1/4 and the full written over each other.
Once again, thank you for your time.

I,ve solved the problem, Seems I overlooked that I have to pull both blue dots down to the 1/4 line.
Once again, thanks for the time in replying.
Problem solved
