Can't split time signature
The handbook says to hold control to split time signatures between staffs. I have a 4/4 leading up to the measure, and want to change the treble to 3/4. Holding control indeed highlights only the upper staff, but nothing changes upon placing it, neither 3/4 showing up, or any change in the measure's length. For reference, attempted to add it to measure 29, treble staff.

Instead, at least for me, a dialog box pops up, claiming the measure not being empty, which is nonsense

Same if I open the mscx file in 3.6.2.
When creating a new file in 3.6.2 and do the same, there is no error message.
It seems to be a problem in the mscx file of MS 4. .
