Double stem
Is it possible to add a stem to a note both above and below (double stem)? Very necessary.

The double stems indicate you have two voices in unison. Therefore you need to enter notes in two voices. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/working-multiple-voices

I know, I need two voices singing one note. I try to make 2 stems in 1 note, but I can't.

The word "voice" can be confusing. Follow the link and you will see that in this context, "voice" means two indenpendent lines of music in the same stave. and in this case, you add the same line in both voice 1 and voice 2 and they will magically share the same note head. This particular detail is not mentioned in the handbook, unfortunatelly.

Enter the notes of voice 1.
Select voice 2.
Go to the beginning and enter the notes of voice 2. If they have the same pitch, the are written with two stems.
Green are the notes of voice 2 and cover the blue notes of voice 1 when writing the same note again.

When you enter voice 2 the notes and the cursor field should get a green color.
