melody on 2nd repeat
Hi, Im new to MuseScore. Im writing down music with a repeat section. My question is, how can I add a melody that can only show on the 2nd repeated section?

First of all, wrong forum section! "Support and bug reports" or "General discussion" would have been correct for this question.
Regarding your question: You can't. For musicians, you use "staff text".
In MuS 3.6.2, there is a function called "Unroll Repeats" that let you make a copy of the score with a unrolled repeat section (and of course more measures) and then delete the notes of the first repeat part there for correct playback.
I am not sure if this function is still available in MuS 4.

The "Unroll repeats" feature is not available in MS4, nor does there seem much urgency about restoring it. See Github issue Reinstate "Tools > Unroll repeats" #9670:

That issue has been locked. To me that is a case of censorship (yet another). IMHO not acceptable for an Open Source project

I agree.
As in this case, it is very useful to create a correct audio output.
