Can't Download Midis

This is infuriating. I decided to buy a PRO subscription and I've tried everything but I'm still unable to download any songs. I understand that the "official" ones are behind the more expensive PRO+ subscription, but I can't even download the MIDI files for non official songs. What gives? I paid all this money, I expect it to work. On top of that, the site is still trying to upsell me on a subscription I already have, and when I attempt to buy it again, it just redirects me back to the home page. I seem to be in a bad state, and customer service hasn't answered any of my emails.
