Full Refund?
I started a free trial to get access to one sheet of music. I opened the website on another browser, and was asked to log in again. I somehow ended up being charged for a PRO+ subscription. I submitted a refund request, but was only offered a 25% refund, claiming I was aware of the full price I was paying. However, I pressed all of the same buttons as I did with the free trial (what seemed like the equivalent of just logging in), and saw nothing about a PRO+ price. I have no clue why I was coerced into the PRO+ subscription when my account already had a free trial. Do they not offer full refunds?

the same thing just happened to me. I thought I was signing up (which the free trial is required to do so) and was charged $40.
