Problem with transposing the last note/chord, last bar.

I have a musescore piece, made on my PC, using version 4.3.
When the piece is saved and published, I can open and play it from the latest app on my iPad.

When using the transpose function in the app, everything is transposed except the last note and chord in the last bar.
To get around this issue, I added a empty bar to the end. And this workaround fixes the transposing problem.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a bug with the transposing functionality, on either the PC musescore editor, or the iPad app?
