When you open the plugin manager, all of the available plugins will be listed. When you check it, your plugin menu will be modified to give you the option of running the plugin.

What operating system do you use?
Where did you put the .qml files?
Did you install the font file?

Hi, so I can see the files when I open the files from windows, but when I look through the plugins on musescore there is nothing there?
hope you can see from attachments?

I think I can barely see your problem. For some reason the .qml file seems to have an additional suffix of .txt. Right click one of the files and select properties. If .txt (or anything else) follows .qml then delete it and press OK or ignore (I forgot which it will say) when Windows warns that you are trying to change the file type. This should make the plugin visible to MuseScore.

nailed it mike! the file extension in properties has .txt at the end (after .qml) it is a text doc, cant see how to change the name unless I go back and try from start?
many thanks for sorting this for me!

Remove the extra extension like I explained above. Right click it and select properties. You can then remove the extra extension and press OK. When Windows warns you that you are changing the file type tell it OK or ignore, whichever of the options it gives you.

Try opening that qml file in Plugin Creator, that may give helpful error messages
