Salida sonido
Hola!

"Hello! I use a headset to work with my computer, I have configured it as an output device. All the sound comes out through them except the musescore player. I have changed the device in the preferences but there is no way, I can not change it to do everything with the helmets ... Can someone help me? Thanks in advance"

No problem, and I'm sorry that I couldn't provide the answer for you! Someone else will be able to help...
And there is also a set of MuseScore forums in Spanish: https://musescore.org/es/forum
Go to Edit => Preferences..., select the I/O tab and make sure your headphones are selected in the Device dropdown.
Also, there are forums in Spanish and Portuguese (sorry, I don't know which you wrote). You can get it by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking on the "English" button in the bottom right.

This is probably the best forum to get a good answer. Jotape1960 might be able to help in Spanish. If not, you would be directed here for the problem.

Thanks for your help. I've already tried this (several times), but nothing changes. What is really strange is that all the sound get out from the headphones BUT musescore... even if the headphones are selected in the device...

Hi guys! I've just found the solution. I've changed the API (in spanish version) dropdown from Edit/Preferences/I/O and i selected the Windows WASAPI instead of windows direct sound and then i selected my device. Maybe can be useful for somebody else...
Thank you all for trying and helping

I'm glad you have it working. Since I don't use any external midi devices, most of what you describe does not apply to my system, so I wouldn't know how to guide you from my experience.
To recap, you went into the I/O tab in preferences and reselected the proper output device. Is this correct?

Well, not really, cause i selected the proper output device before and it didn't work. But i changed a API menu (in the spanish version is called API, just at the left of the device menu) and i changed WindowsDirectSound and i put Windows WASAPI. I actually dont have any idea what it is this menu or what it means but i was just trying things and this worked for me... Sorry i cant be more specific or technical, i just found the solution by chance ;p
