How to create a tuplet from a number higher than nine

I am transcribing "The Black Page" by Frank Zappa, which features many odd tuplets including eleven tuplets (like a triplet except eleven notes). I cannot figure out how to input them, as the tuplet insertion command only goes to nine and does not accept numbers with two digits. I am using Mac.
