Pallet elements not showing when using search

Most of the time the position of the visible pallets depends on the last selected item. This could be in one the last pallet, so will have scrolled down.
With this position, I would then sometimes use the search function in the box at the top of the pallets.
Doing so shows an empty pallet section. At least it looks empty, when you scroll up I see the elements my search found.
I mainly use the mouse scroll wheel for scrolling. Not sure if that is related to this behaviour.
Sometimes the search works fine and makes is automatically showing to top section of the pallets. Perhaps this can be investigated/updated so that it always shows the top portion when using search.
