Problem downloading separate PDF parts of One Step Beyond
Hello,
I'm trying to download the separate parts of Madness's One Step Beyond as PDFs, but only the sax and full score download correctly. The separate sax file is fine and the full score is fine (it contains the full score and saxophone part only). The separate guitar, bass and drum parts are all 0kb in size.
Can anyone help me to get the guitar, bass and drum parts please? Many thanks!

Download from where? If from musescore.com, you need to ask there

Hi Jojo,
This is the link I'm trying to download from: https://musescore.com/user/103395/scores/1829086
When I contacted Musescore direct, Paula from Musescore said, "We provide support via the Musescore forums at https://musescore.org/en/forum/6
So please repost your message in there and our developers will help you out with your question."
Is this not the right place?

Wouldn't be the first time musescore.com support is wrong or missleading...
What exactly are you trying to download then?
What doesn't work?
That score got created (well, last saved and uploaded) using MuseScore 2.0.2, what version of MuseScore are you using?
That score only has a part for Tenor sax generated, so that's what you can download. If you want the other parts, download the score and generate the parts yourself.
Strange (and IMHO a bug, one you'd need to bring up with musescore.com support), that musescore.com offers them in the first place

If you go to this link: https://musescore.com/user/103395/scores/1829086
And then click "Download", then click "PDF including parts"
Can you get anything other than full score and saxophone? The other three files (drums, bass and guitar) are all 0kb in size.
I'm not using MuseScore - I just want to print directly from PDFs.
Thanks for your help!

I'm not using MuseScore so then you're wrong here, this iste is doing the support for the MuseScore program. Only.
And that is a bug on musescore.com and needs to get fixed there, those parts have not been created on the uploaded mscz, so the PDFs didn't get created back then and so should not get offered now.
Workaround is to use MuseScore yourself (best MuseScore 2.3.2 for this one) and generat the parts yourself
(missing parts attached)

Superb! Thanks so much for your help. Will check out MuseScore itself when I have a little more time! Thanks again!

It seems they once again did some changes to the website (here: how those downloads work), but neglected to test it properly and at least partly broke it. Not the first time :-(
Please bring this up in https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/
(and, again, with support@musescore.com, with sufficient details now)
