My printer is set up on this computer but Musescore doesn't recognize it. The oly print option it's giving me is to MS One Note.

The quick workaround is to export the score (and parts) to PDF, and then print them from a PDF-viewer.

File > Export
File > Export Parts
Could be you only have a 32-bit printer driver and MuseScore needs 64-bit, unless you install the 32-bit MuseScore.
