Four Individual Staves, Each With Piano Sound

Hi everybody, newby Beau here ~
I've created a score with four violin staves, but I'd like each instrument to sound as a piano, not as a violin . . in other words, I want playback to be a piano sound on an individual staff without having to use the traditional piano double-staff.
Is there a way to do this?
