creating tabs within workspace

Hello,

I downloaded a version of Angels_We_Have_Heard_On_High and it had sub-tabs for soprano, alto tenor and bass part. I know how to create a new score, but I do not know how to imbed a new score within a score as this person has done. Can anyone help?
