Getting a Musescore 3 file to work on Musescore 2

I have two laptops, a bigger one that works very well and a small one that I use when i'm not home, which isn't powerful enough to download Musescore 3, so it still has the older Musescore 2.3.2.

I started writing sheet music on Musescore 3 but what I've made in that program isn't possible to be reviewed and edited on the older version, due to the new file format.

I tried converting the Musescore 3 file to PDF and opening it on Musescore 2, but it doesn't work.

What should I do?
