Installation problems, never ending

I haveporoblems installing Musescore 3

the installation apparently goes ok

the icon of the program appears on the desktop

if I click it stats installing drivers for yamaha and others

thenit says ...Preparing to install ..... and the installation goes indefinitely

I've done all the attempts ....installing, cleaning, rebooting, installing again , ...... but nothing happened

on my other PC the installation was ok

how to understand what happened?
