Changed note heads for percussion not carried over between parts.
Not sure if this is intended, but I can't think of a reason why one would want this to be inconsistent.

I guess changing a notehead is considered layout and as such not synced between score and part.
Changing noteheads in purcussion doesn't generally work well at all, unless you edit the drumset. I'm not sure of the particulars, but it's probably related to the fact you can hav a normal head on a line for one instrument and an x head on the same line for another instrument.
Assuming you did in fact edit the drumset definition, it does seem reasonable to expect this to link to parts, but it doesn't. Same story with other staff properties. I guess the thinking is, better safe than sorry - since someone might want them different, and there would be no way to get that result if the properties were linked. Unless, we implemented a way to break links, which I do think we should eventually do.
